Job summary

BRPH seeks an experienced Construction Superintendent for on-site leadership at Cape Canaveral Space Force Station in Florida. Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of progressive construction project experience.
• Strong leadership and ability to manage subcontractors and field crews.
• Proven track record of delivering projects on schedule and within budget, with attention to safety and quality.

Responsibilities

• Lead site superintendents and ensure project activities stay on schedule.
• Establish and enforce a strong safety culture on site in line with OSHA regulations.
• Coordinate with owners, contractors, and design professionals to resolve issues and optimize work processes.
• Plan, schedule, and coordinate construction activities to meet deadlines and milestones.
• Prepare and submit budget estimates, progress reports, and cost tracking documentation.
• Inspect projects for compliance with building codes, safety and environmental regulations.
• Direct activities related to construction or maintenance of structures and systems.
• Review job specifications to determine construction methods and resources.
• Investigate delays or incidents to ensure proper procedures are followed.
• Prepare contracts or revisions with architects, consultants, clients, suppliers, or subs Contractors.
• Develop and implement quality control programs.
