Job summary

BRPH is seeking an Assistant Superintendent to support the Superintendent and Project Manager on Cape Canaveral Space Force Station projects, focusing on safety, quality, scheduling, and field coordination.

This on-site role requires collaboration with the architect, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure constructability and compliant project delivery for high- tech, mission-critical programs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in the construction industry.
• Able to read and interpret blueprints and plans.
• Strong communication and teamwork capabilities.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Assist the superintendent with safety, quality, and project schedule.
• Ensure BRPH standards are followed and safety culture is promoted.
• Coordinate with project team members, field teams, and subcontractors.
• Represent BRPH professionally with clients and partners.
• Help manage field manpower and logistics to support timely project delivery.
• Attend safety meetings, foreman meetings, and project staff meetings.
