Qualifications

• Experience in HR, administrative, clerical, or office support preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and data-entry systems.
• Strong organization, record-keeping, and deadline-management abilities.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
• Clear verbal and written communication, professional demeanor with employees.
• Team-oriented with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced HR environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administrative support to the HR team.
• Assist with onboarding and new-hire paperwork and documentation.
• Maintain confidential employee files and HR records.
• Perform data entry and update HR information in HR systems.
• Answer HR-related questions and escalate complex issues to HR staff.
• Support recruiting activities: job postings, applicant coordination, interview scheduling.
• Prepare, organize, and file HR documents and reports.
• Track employee documentation and certifications as required.
• Assist with attendance, timekeeping, and employee data updates.
• Coordinate employee communications, meetings, and training events.
