You will handle orders, scheduling, documentation, and communications across departments to keep operations running smoothly. Proficiency in Google Workspace and a fast, accurate typing speed are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in customer service, dispatch, administrative support, or similar role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Typing speed of at least 45 WPM.
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance (Mon-Fri).

Responsibilities

• Schedule service appointments with dispatch team for rapid response.
• Manage customer communication from start to finish.

What You'll Do

Your responsibilities will include:

• Utilizing Google Workspace and cloud-based scheduling software to manage daily workflows
• Identifying opportunities to improve processes and enhance the customer experience
• Safely operate forklifts to load and unload materials and shipments across the warehouse
