G&C Food Distributors in Syracuse, NY seeks an HR Onboarding Partner to manage recruiting, onboarding, and data accuracy in the HRIS. This full-time onsite role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, service-oriented HR team.

You will own full lifecycle recruiting, coordinate interviews, background checks, and new hire orientation while ensuring compliance with state and federal requirements. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in HR or related field preferred.
• Associate degree in related field required.
• Application tracking and HRIS experience required.
• 3+ years' HR experience in a medium-sized company.
• 3-5 years' experience in recruiting.
• SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred.
• Bilingual preference.

Responsibilities

• Full lifecycle recruiting: screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and manage paperwork.
• Onboarding: background checks, HRIS data entry, and new hire orientation.
• Orientation: conduct company orientations covering culture and policies.
