Job summary

Viewrail in Goshen, IN is seeking an organized HR and Recruiting Coordinator to join our on-site team. You will own day-to-day HR work, focusing on recruiting and HRIS management, partnering with the HR Manager, and guiding candidates from first interview to day one and beyond.

You’ll support benefits, employee events, onboarding, and internal moves, while maintaining accurate records in Paycor and ensuring compliance. This role offers growth in a collaborative, hands-on HR environment.

Qualifications

• Experience organizing and coordinating HR processes.
• Excellent communication with candidates and internal teams.
• Experience handling confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Own the full recruiting process for hourly and salaried roles, including postings, screening, interviews, offers, and onboarding.
• Manage Paycor applicant tracking and internal postings, promotions, transfers, and pay changes.
• Maintain accurate employee records in Paycor and build HR reports to guide decisions.
• Support onboarding and offboarding activities and ensure policy compliance.
