Job summary

Maersk is seeking an Associate People Partner to serve as the front-line HR presence for the Hesperia, CA location. You will partner with facility leaders and frontline colleagues, handling employee relations, performance management, leaves, onboarding, and offboarding on-site to impact the colleague experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, organizational development, or related field.
• Union experience required.
• HR Certification (CPHR) highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for employee matters across location.
• Conduct employee investigations and provide recommendations.
• Ensure compliance with wage and hour laws and company policies.
• Support headcount planning and performance management processes.
• Coach managers on employee-related issues.
