Maersk is seeking a People Partner to serve as a trusted HR advisor to frontline operations across multiple sites, delivering both strategic and hands-on people support.

You will partner with leaders to drive employee engagement, performance management, workforce planning, employee relations, and organizational effectiveness. The role requires regular on-site presence with regional travel and a strong focus on a positive workplace culture.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience as an HR Generalist, HR Business Partner, or similar HR leadership role.
• Strong employee relations and investigation experience supporting frontline and hourly employee populations.
• Experience supporting multiple sites, leaders, and geographically dispersed operations.
• Proven ability to lead or support change management initiatives in fast‑paced environments.
• Strong knowledge of employment law, policy interpretation, and HR best practices.
• Excellent stakeholder management, coaching, and influencing skills.
• Self‑motivated, adaptable, and proactive, with an entrepreneurial mindset and strong ownership mentality.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the first point of contact for employee relations matters including investigations, disciplinary actions, leaves of absence, attendance concerns, and workplace issues.
• Partner with business leaders to provide coaching and guidance on performance management, talent development, and employee matters.
• Support multiple operational sites across several states, ensuring consistent HR partnership and compliance.
• Lead and support annual People Function processes, workforce planning, and organizational initiatives.
• Drive employee engagement, culture, retention, and development initiatives to improve business performance.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and company policies, procedures, and employment practices.
• Act as a strategic partner to regional leadership by providing insights on talent, attrition, compensation, and people trends.
