The Role As an Associate People Partner, you will be the front-line HR presence for your assigned locations in Hesperia, CA. You will partner directly with facility leaders, frontline colleagues, and union-represented employees to resolve day-to-day people matters and bring consistency to how our policies are applied on the ground. This role sits at the center of employee relations, performance management, leaves of absence, compliance, and onboarding and offboarding — a strong opportunity for an HR professional who wants breadth, visibility, and real operational impact. You will work on-site, close to the people you support, and your work will directly shape the colleague experience at our facilities.

Job Type: Full Time
Salary: $70,304 to $80,000
The above stated pay range is the anticipated starting salary range for this position. The Company may adjust this range in light of prevailing market conditions and other factors such as location. The Company will work directly with the selected candidate(s) on the final starting salary in accordance with all applicable laws.
