Job summary

Vensure Employer Solutions in Duluth, GA is seeking an entry‑level Service Operations Associate to support payroll, HRIS, tax and operational workflows. You will perform data entry, assist with user setups, and help ensure smooth day‑to‑day service delivery under guidance from senior team members.

Regular on‑site attendance is essential to access systems securely, collaborate with teams, and participate in meetings; you will handle routine inquiries and assist with off‑cycle payroll activities

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint).
• 1–2 years in customer service, payroll, HRIS, or related PEO/ASO/HCM environment.

Responsibilities

• Respond to routine client and employee inquiries with clear, timely information.
• Assist with payroll data entry, imports, and pay changes.
• Troubleshoot basic issues in payroll systems and HRIS; escalate complex items.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Maintain accurate data entry and documentation; ensure data integrity.
