Job summary

• Must demonstrate meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications: Excel, Word, Outlook.
• Ability to clearly document processes and workflows.
• Strong written and verbal communication with the ability to follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Provide system and user support, including account setup and access requests.
• Troubleshoot tier-1 system and app issues and support data hygiene efforts.
• Build and maintain dashboards, widgets, and basic workflows.
• Document workflows and support processes clearly; assist with training materials.
• Support HR, Payroll, Tax, Benefits, and Operations teams on projects.
