Job summary

Platinum is seeking a hands-on Human Resources Manager for our Beverly Hills office. You’ll be the on-site first point of contact for employees and the go-to for day-to-day HR work supporting 100+ employees and independent contractors.

This role reports to our Corporate Human Resources Director and works directly with the C-suite. Reporting to the Corporate HR Director, you will own onboarding, job postings, contractor lifecycle, employee relations, payroll support, and compliance with

Qualifications

• 3+ years of progressive HR experience with independence in employee relations.
• Experience supporting 100+ workers including contractors.
• Working knowledge of California employment law.
• Discretion handling confidential information.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage job postings, publish openings, maintain job boards and track applicants.
• Own onboarding end to end: offer letters, new-hire paperwork, orientation and first-week setup.
• Administer contractor lifecycle with agreements, onboarding, records and offboarding.
• Serve as on-site HR resource for 100+ employees and contractors.
• Handle employee relations matters, investigations and follow-up.
• Maintain confidential personnel and contractor files.
• Support payroll with timekeeping and pay changes.
• Administer leaves, accommodations and workers' compensation reporting.
• Keep CA and federal employment requirements up to date and compliant.
• Coordinate performance reviews and coaching with team leaders.
• Assist HR Director and executives with policy updates and HR reporting.
