Job summary

Platinum Commerce, LLC seeks a Human Resources Manager to oversee day-to-day HR operations in an on-site role located in Beverly Hills, CA. You will own hiring, onboarding, employee relations, and compliance with California and federal requirements for a workforce of 100+ including contractors.

You will support contractor administration, payroll-related activities, leaves, accommodations, and workers’ compensation reporting, partnering across functions to ensure compliant and efficient HR

Qualifications

• 3+ years of progressive HR experience, including employee relations independence.
• Experience supporting 100+ workers including a contingent workforce.
• Working knowledge of California employment law.

Responsibilities

• Manage job postings from drafting through publication and onboarding for new hires.
• Run onboarding end-to-end including offer letters, paperwork, orientation, system access.
• Administer independent contractor lifecycle with Legal and Accounting on classification and payment.
• Handle employee relations by intake of concerns and workplace investigations.
