Maybourne Beverly Hills Hotel is seeking an Assistant Director of Human Resources to shape our culture, engage colleagues, and ensure regulatory compliance. You will lead HR initiatives, support managers, and champion a people-first environment in a luxury property.

The role requires 3–5 years in progressive HR, including leadership experience, with strong labor law knowledge and a track record in employee relations and talent acquisition.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree required in HR, business, or related field.
• 3–5 years of progressive HR experience, with 3+ in leadership.
• Experience with Forbes-rated luxury hotel brand preferred.
• Strong knowledge of California and federal labor laws.
• SHRM or HRCI certifications preferred; Spanish preferred.

Aufgaben

• Guide managers in all HR functions and provide support.
• Manage colleague relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary steps.
• Maintain compliance with federal, state and local employment laws.
• Lead onboarding for managers and facilitate Manager Essentials.
• Support Talent Acquisition and learning development.
• Assist with HR metrics reporting and organize employee events.
