Pave Talent is seeking an on-site HR Generalist to own the site’s human resources operations. You will drive hiring, onboarding and employee records, while managing office logistics and vendor relations.

You will coordinate interviews, screen candidates, and ensure compliance with I-9 and E-Verify processes. The role requires strong communications and a bachelor's degree in HR or related field, with the position based at the Maryland office.

Formación

• At least a year of experience in HR, recruiting coordination, office administration or related role.
• Clear, professional writing and communication.
• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business or related field.

Responsabilidades

• Schedule interviews, run first-round phone screens and keep candidates moving.
• Review applicants and decide who moves forward.
• Run onboarding from offer to day one, including I-9, E-Verify and new-hire paperwork.
• Keep HR files and records accurate, current and confidential.
• Plan team events, lunches and outings to keep the office connected.
• Keep the office and facility running, from supplies to vendors.
