Job summary

M-D Building Products seeks an HR Specialist to provide regional HR support, driving recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, and HR operations. You will own ATS and HRIS administration, coordinate onboarding, and serve as a liaison between regional operations and Corporate HR Shared Services.

You will build candidate pipelines, schedule interviews, ensure compliance with employment laws, and track HR metrics. This role requires collaboration with leadership and a strong operational mindset.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of progressive HR experience, including full‑cycle recruiting for both corporate and hourly roles.
• Exposure to multiple HR disciplines: recruiting, employee relations, and HR operations.
• Hands‑on experience with an ATS and an HRIS platform; experience with onboarding and HR data management.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation of regional HR initiatives across recruiting, engagement, leadership development, and employee relations.
• Partner with the HR Manager for alignment with talent strategy.
• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for corporate and hourly roles, including postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offers.
