Job summary

360 Recruiter Accelerator is seeking an HR Generalist and Company Administrator to serve as the on-site HR resource while supporting broader administration and compliance functions. This hands-on role is ideal for someone early- to mid-career who wants to build HR infrastructure under leadership guidance.

The role covers full-cycle recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, regulatory compliance, and SOP development.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience in an HR Generalist, HR Coordinator, or similar role
• Experience with an HRIS/PEO platform
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for open roles, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer support
• Own onboarding process end-to-end: background checks, I-9 processing, new hire paperwork, and system setup
• Conduct new hire orientation and ensure a consistent, positive first-90-days experience
• Support investigations and documentation for employee relations matters, escalating as appropriate
• Assist with compensation analysis and market benchmarking for open and existing roles, with guidance from HR leadership
• Administer employee benefits, including enrollment, changes, and employee questions
• Help communicate total rewards information clearly and consistently to employees
• Assist with the annual merit and review cycle, helping bring structure and consistency to compensation decisions
• Build and maintain documented SOPs for onboarding, offboarding, leave of absence (LOA), and performance management
• Begin building succession planning awareness for key roles in partnership with the General Manager
• Regulatory & Compliance Support: OSHA compliance efforts, regulatory compliance activities, state agency filings, audit-ready documentation
• General Administration: filing paperwork, maintaining records, liaison with compliance advisors
