Job summary

Bachelor’s in HR/Business and 0–2+ years’ HR experience are preferred. Responsibilities include coaching managers, handling job evaluations, coordinating enrollment, and ensuring compliance with state and federal laws.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Employee relations: communicate and interpret HR policies and programs; coach managers and staff on issues.
• Compensation: monitor salary increases and ensure alignment with guidelines.
• Benefits: explain changes, coordinate enrollment, and resolve employee questions.
• HRIS Reporting: compile statistical reports for departments.
• Project Management: participate in team projects addressing strategic HR initiatives.
• Recruitment: source, screen, interview, and coordinate candidates and offers; manage interviews and travel as needed.
