Job summary

Tyson Foods in Carthage, MS, is seeking an HR Helpdesk Associate to provide process and transactional support for HR systems. You will be the first point of contact via ServiceNow, chat, and phone, handling high-volume walk-up inquiries and first-level requests.

This role operates on the 2nd shift (1 PM–10 PM) at the Carthage plant with no remote hours. Duties include data updates, LOA support, and SLA-driven tasks, collaborating with People Operations to meet KPIs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2+ years in a customer support role and data entry experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint; HR systems knowledge is a plus.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to multi-task, stay organized, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer service mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving ability.

• Review and update key business processes and master data.
