Job summary

Tyson Foods, Inc. is seeking a HR systems and process support specialist for the 2nd shift at the Carthage, MS plant, with no remote hours. You will be the first point of contact for users via ServiceNow, chat, and phone, handling high-volume inquiries and data updates.

You will resolve first-level requests, navigate HR systems, and support LOA processes while coordinating with Centers of Excellence and leadership as needed. Strong customer service and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; 2+ years in a customer support role.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication, multitasking, and teamwork abilities.
• Experience with HR systems is a plus, SAP/Workday valued but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level HR systems and process support via ServiceNow, chat, and phone.
• Handle high-volume walk-up requests and incoming calls for People Operations.
• Update master data, assist with LOA processes, and escalate issues when needed.
