Qualifications

• 2+ years in a customer support role with data entry experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; basic HR systems knowledge.
• Strong written and verbal communication, ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provides basic navigation support for routine HR inquiries and updates according to procedures.
• Reviews and updates master data and HR processes; handles data entry for hires, terminations, salary adjustments.
• Monitors HR inboxes and routes cases to COE, HR Strategic Partners, or Leadership as needed.
• Acts as first point of contact for HR systems questions via phone, chat or email.
• Supports service level agreements and collaborates with People Operations to improve response times.
