The role serves as the primary contact for homeowners, Board members, and vendors, ensuring exceptional community operations, financial stewardship, and resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a large HOA or multi-amenity community.
• Strong budgeting, vendor management, and maintenance knowledge.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and property management software.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Board to implement goals and priorities.
• Prepare Board materials, reports, and communications.
• Manage homeowner relations, covenants, and amenities.
• Assist with budgeting, reserves, and invoices.
• Oversee vendors, contracts, and capital projects.
• Conduct regular property inspections for appearance and safety.
• Support events, clubhouse operations, and resident engagement.
