Job summary

The Community Builders, Inc. is seeking a Community Manager in Minnesota to oversee all phases of property operations and on-site team performance.

You will manage budgets, maintain the physical asset, and provide a high-quality living environment with superior resident service, while aligning with TCB’s mission and policies. Under the Regional Director of Property Management, you will develop operating budgets, supervise staff, ensure regulatory compliance, and coordinate with resident groups.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in residential property management or related field with 5+ years of progressive experience.
• Supervisory or management experience in property/hospitality settings preferred.
• Strong budget, financial, and operating report management skills.
• Knowledge of federal housing laws and fair housing guidelines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage operating budgets, billing, and expense tracking; oversee rent collection and accounting functions.
• Supervise on-site team performance and provide evaluations and coaching to HR.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and conduct audits/planning with internal teams.
• Deliver outstanding resident service and coordinate resident activities with Life staff.
