The role requires 2+ years in HOA management, strong budgeting and communication skills, and proficiency with property management software. You will coordinate board meetings and ensure compliance with CC&Rs.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of HOA or community association management experience.
• Strong knowledge of governing documents, budgeting and compliance.
• Excellent communication and conflict-resolution skills.
• Proficiency with property management software (AppFolio, SharePoint, Microsoft).
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple communities.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary contact for HOA boards and homeowners, resolving inquiries.
• Oversee daily operations including maintenance, vendor coordination, inspections.
• Prepare budgets, reserve funds, and financial reporting.
• Coordinate HOA board meetings, prepare agendas, record minutes.
• Ensure compliance with CC&Rs, bylaws and local ordinances.
• Solicit bids, negotiate contracts, manage vendor relationships.
• Process violations, delinquencies, and architectural requests.
