Job summary

Spirit of Brandtjen Farms Association in Lakeville, MN, seeks an experienced On-Site Community Association Manager to oversee daily operations of a master-planned community and 1,000 residences.

As the primary liaison to homeowners, the Board, and vendors, you'll lead governance, budgeting, maintenance, and resident satisfaction while ensuring exceptional community operations and amenities.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a large HOA, master-planned community, or multi-amenity residential property.
• Strong knowledge of association operations, budgeting, vendor management, and property maintenance.
• Excellent communication, customer service, organizational, and project management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and property management software.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Board and management company to implement community goals and priorities.
• Prepare Board meeting materials, management reports, and community communications.
• Manage homeowner relations, covenant compliance, architectural requests, and amenity operations.
• Assist with budgeting, financial oversight, reserve planning, and invoice review.
• Oversee vendors, maintenance contracts, capital projects, and community improvements.
• Conduct regular property inspections to ensure the community's appearance, safety, and overall quality.
• Support community events, clubhouse operations, and resident engagement initiatives.

Spirit of Brandtjen Farms Association is seeking an experienced On-Site Community Association Manager to oversee the daily operations of an upscale master-planned community in Lakeville, home to nearly 1,000 residences, extensive amenities, scenic trails, and beautifully maintained common areas.

This highly visible leadership role serves as the primary point of contact for homeowners, Board members, and vendors while ensuring exceptional community operations, financial stewardship, property maintenance, and resident satisfaction.
