Job summary

Halverson and Blaiser Group, Ltd. is seeking a capable Community Manager to oversee the total on-site operation of assigned communities in the Twin Cities area.

The role requires a proactive leader who can manage administration, maintenance, and resident relations with accountability and trust. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, 2+ years in property management, and solid budgeting and reporting skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 2+ years in Property Management or related field.
• Basic knowledge of bookkeeping and numbers.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel and Outlook; Yardi preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee total on-site operation of the assigned community.
• Handle resident concerns and enforce lease agreements.
• Prepare and monitor operating budgets and financial reports.
• Maintain records and reporting to Regional Manager.
• Coordinate maintenance, vendor management, and safety compliance.
• Ensure compliance with federal laws and company policies.
