Oneida ESC Group seeks a Help Desk Technician for an on-site role in Lee's Summit, MO. You will handle end-user IT support, troubleshoot desktops, laptops, and mobile devices, and perform deployments and maintenance following established procedures.

The position emphasizes customer service, clear communication, and adherence to documented IT processes. On-site only, with opportunities for after-hours support for critical incidents.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 0–2 years of IT support experience.
• Fundamental knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems.
• Basic understanding of IT operations & maintenance processes.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, triage, and respond to user support requests via ticketing system.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software on desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
• Perform desk-side support: reimaging, OS reinstalls, device configuration.
• Provide after-hours support for critical incidents and remote access issues.
• Prepare IT equipment for deployment, relocation, or disposal.
