Job summary

Eagleview in Rochester, NY, seeks a Help Desk Technician I to support ITSM operations on-site in a full-time role. You will maintain systems, deploy software, image new devices, and manage user accounts while upholding SLA expectations.

The position requires 2–3 years hands-on experience, strong Windows and networking knowledge, and the ability to assist both in-office and remote users. Office-based with occasional remote support duties.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on experience in a help desk role.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work 4–5 days onsite with emergency WFH options.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1 IT support for Windows and network issues.
• Deploy software and image new user devices.
• Create new user accounts and password resets.
• Support conference rooms and video conferencing systems.
• Assist remote users via remote software tools.
