Oneida ESC Group through Oneida Technology Services (OTS) seeks a highly motivated Help Desk Technician (On-Site) to support Washington, DC. This is a fully on-site role. The position involves monitoring, triaging, and responding to user requests, troubleshooting desktops, laptops, and mobile devices, and performing desk-side support.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 0–2 years IT support experience.
• Fundamental IT field support knowledge and Windows operating systems.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Clearance.
• U.S. Citizen.

Responsibilities

• Triage and respond to user support requests via ticketing system.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software on desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
• Provide after-hours support for critical incidents.
• Maintain asset inventory records and documentation of actions.
• Assist with workstation setup and equipment deployment.
