Job summary

Neolytix is seeking a Healthcare Operations Coordinator for our Chicago, IL office. This full-time, on-site role supports provider enrollment, payer relations, and client service while partnering with leadership to keep daily operations running smoothly.

You will coordinate enrollment workflows, draft payer communications, and act as the local point of contact for clients. Opportunities to grow into payer analytics and client strategy are available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, or a related field is required or MBA considered a plus.
• 1–3 years of experience in operations, client services, or administrative coordination; healthcare exposure preferred but not required.
• Strong written and verbal communication; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Comfort working across multiple workstreams in a small-team environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Power BI or other reporting tools is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate provider enrollment and credentialing workflows, track status, and resolve issues to keep timelines.
• Draft payer communications and organize documentation between internal teams and payer contacts.
• Serve as a point of contact for local clients, schedule check-ins, prepare materials, and visit client sites in Chicagoland.
• Oversee office operations for the Chicago location: supplies, scheduling, travel, expenses, and support for events.
• Maintain organized records across enrollment, payer interactions, and client communications.
• Prepare basic reports and dashboards to support visibility into workflows (Power BI a plus).
