Job summary

Neolytix is seeking a Director of Credentialing & Enrollment Services to lead provider credentialing, re-credentialing, and payer enrollment for healthcare clients. You will build scalable processes, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive client satisfaction while managing a high-performing team across continents.

The role oversees credentialing lifecycles, PSV protocols, and ongoing quality assurance, with a strategic focus on expanding service offerings and improving outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5–7+ years of progressive credentialing and payer enrollment experience, including management-level responsibility.
• Experience managing credentialing/enrollment operations in a vendor or multi-client environment.
• Knowledge of NCQA credentialing standards, CMS enrollment regulations, and CAQH/PECOS/NPPES systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the strategic vision for credentialing and enrollment service delivery, aligning operations with growth targets and client expectations.
• Lead client onboarding, including discovery of payer mix, provider roster assessment, and development of enrollment strategies.
• Oversee end-to-end credentialing lifecycle including initial and re-credentialing and privileging for diverse provider types.
• Direct payer enrollment activities across commercial, Medicare, Medicaid, and managed care payers and handle denials and issues.
• Recruit, train, and manage a globally distributed team, establishing KPIs and ensuring consistent quality across locations.
