Job summary

Neolytix in Chicago is seeking a Healthcare Operations Coordinator to serve as the operational backbone of the local office, coordinating enrollment workflows, payer relations, and client services while ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly.

You'll work directly with company leadership and clients, so clear communication, reliability, and a bias toward action matter most. This on-site role offers mentorship and growth into analytics as you develop.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business/healthcare administration.
• 1–3 years in operations, client services, or admin coordination.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a significant plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate provider enrollment and credentialing workflows with follow-ups to keep timelines.
• Draft payer contract communications and organize documentation across teams.
• Serve as a main contact for local clients, schedule check-ins, and prepare materials.
• Manage Chicago office operations: supplies, scheduling, travel, and events.
• Maintain organized records across enrollment, payer interactions, and client communications.
• Prepare basic reports and dashboards; Power BI experience is a plus and development will be provided.
