Job summary

Neolytix in Chicago, IL is seeking a Healthcare Operations Coordinator to serve as the operational backbone of our local office. You’ll coordinate provider enrollment, payer relations, and client service while keeping day-to-day activities running smoothly.

In this high-touch role you’ll work closely with company leadership and clients, communicating effectively and driving tasks to completion with a bias toward action. Familiarity with Power BI and MS Office is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, or related field required.
• 1–3 years of experience in operations, client services, or administrative coordination in healthcare preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Power BI or other reporting tools knowledge is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate provider enrollment and credentialing workflows, track status, and resolve issues to keep timelines on track.
• Assist with payer contract communications and internal coordination with payer contacts.
• Serve as a point of contact for local clients, schedule check-ins, prepare materials, and visit sites as needed within Chicagoland.
• Handle office operations for the Chicago location: supplies, scheduling, travel, expenses, staff coordination, and support for events.
• Maintain organized records across enrollment, payer interactions, and client communications.
• Prepare basic reports and dashboards to support team visibility into workflows (Power BI experience a plus).
