Job summary

Neolytix in Chicago, IL is seeking a Healthcare Operations Coordinator to serve as the operational backbone of our local office, coordinating enrollment, payer relations, and client services while ensuring day-to-day efficiency. You will collaborate with leadership and clients, handle scheduling, reporting, and cross-functional tasks, with Power BI exposure a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration or related field.
• 1–3 years in operations, client services, or administrative coordination.
• Strong written and verbal communication; bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate provider enrollment and credentialing workflows; track status and timelines.
• Draft communications and organize documentation for payer contracts.
• Serve as client contact, schedule check-ins, prepare meeting materials, and visit sites as needed.
• Manage office operations: supplies, scheduling, travel, expenses, and event support.
• Maintain records across enrollment, payer interactions, and client communications.
• Prepare basic reports and dashboards to improve operational visibility (Power BI a plus).
