Job summary

Neolytix is seeking a Director of Credentialing & Enrollment Services to provide strategic and operational leadership across provider credentialing, re-credentialing, and payer enrollment for healthcare clients.

This role guides scalable processes, regulatory compliance, client satisfaction, and a high-performing team delivering timely credentialing services for hospitals, physician groups, and health systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration or related field.
• 5–7+ years in provider credentialing and payer enrollment with management responsibility.
• Experience in vendor/multi-client environments.
• Deep knowledge of NCQA, CMS, CAQH/PECOS/NPPES systems.
• Proven ability to lead teams of 10+ credentialing/enrollment professionals.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for credentialing, re-credentialing, and enrollment services.
• Oversee end-to-end credentialing lifecycle and payer enrollment operations.
• Direct a globally distributed team across time zones with KPI-driven oversight.
• Drive process improvements, regulatory compliance, and client satisfaction.
• Manage staff development, performance reviews, and cross-functional collaboration.
