Job summary

SNT Biotech is seeking an Operations Project Manager, Healthcare Operations & Client Implementation to lead end-to-end implementation and operational workflows for health plan clients on the screening platform. Qualifications

• Strong Operations Management skills to oversee workflows, process optimization, and cross-functional coordination.
• Program Management and Budgeting skills to manage project plans, timelines, resources, and financial performance.
• Analytical Skills to interpret operational data, track KPIs, and support data-driven decision-making.
• Excellent Communication skills for collaborating with internal teams, engaging clients, and preparing clear reports and documentation.
• Experience in healthcare operations, payer or provider environments, or clinical laboratory settings is highly beneficial.
• Familiarity with quality, compliance, and data privacy standards (HIPAA, SOC2, HITRUST) is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Map operational processes and workflows for health plan clients on the platform.
• Monitor performance against HEDIS and Stars-related metrics; drive improvement across lab, logistics, and member engagement operations.
• Serve as primary point of contact for clients; track milestones and manage issue resolution.
• Prepare status reports and operational dashboards; support budgeting and resource planning.
