Job summary

Sentral in Denver seeks an Experience Ambassador to warmly welcome residents and guests, manage inquiries, and coordinate services on-site. You will be the friendly first contact, ensuring exceptional hospitality and efficient handling of requests in a people-first environment.

You will collaborate with the leadership team to enhance resident experiences, promote on-site amenities, and maintain a safe, inviting property.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Uphold Sentral's standards and deliver excellent customer service
• Establish rapport with residents and guests to make them feel welcomed
• Serve as first point of contact between guests and the organization
• Prioritize and fulfill requests with friendliness, efficiency, and confidentiality
• Greet residents by name and with a smile
• Provide hospitality aligned with QA expectations to create memorable experiences
• Resolve disputes to achieve customer satisfaction
• Promote resident benefits and distribute marketing materials
• Record and process calls, messages, and requests
• Run daily reports and verify report accuracy
• Monitor access to the property to ensure safety
• Identify issues and inform management
• Enhance resident satisfaction through programming with leadership
• Know local activities to provide recommendations
• Manage guest/resident access using key systems
• Maintain clean entry lobbies and refreshment areas
• Follow safety procedures and report incidents
• Understand emergency procedures and assist with evacuations
• Foster positive relationships among building staff
• Handle luggage and assist with check-in/out
• Notify maintenance of repairs needed and follow up
• Comply with regulations and assist with admin duties
• Support special projects as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned
