Job summary

Sentral is seeking an Experience Ambassador to engage residents and homeshare guests in our on-site communities. You will resolve inquiries, coordinate services, and represent Sentral with a can-do attitude and ownership of outcomes.

The role emphasizes hospitality, proactive problem-solving and strong communication as you aim to create a welcoming, secure and memorable guest experience across properties.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum one year of hospitality or customer service experience required.
• Multifamily experience preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient computer skills and ability to learn multiple software systems.
• Strong organization, prioritization and urgency.
• Active listening and attention to detail.
• Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Uphold Sentral’s standards, policies and procedures for excellent customer service.
• Establish rapport with residents and guests.
• Serve as the first point of contact between guests and the organization.
• Prioritize and fulfill requests with friendliness, efficiency and discretion.
• Greet residents by name and with a smile to make guests feel welcomed.
• Provide exceptional hospitality and maintain quality assurance standards.
• Resolve disputes promptly to achieve customer satisfaction.
• Increase resident retention through programming and partnerships.
