Sentral is seeking an Experience Ambassador to engage with residents and homeshare guests, delivering exceptional hospitality on-site at our property. You will resolve inquiries, greet residents by name, and coordinate services to ensure a memorable stay.

Ideal candidates have at least one year in hospitality or customer service, a High School diploma, and strong interpersonal and communication skills. Evening/weekend shifts and a flexible schedule are required.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Minimum one year in hospitality or customer service.
• Multifamily experience preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Computer savvy with ability to learn multiple software systems.
• Ability to analyze, organize, prioritize, and follow up with urgency.
• Active listening with strong attention to detail.
• Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsabilidades

• Uphold Sentral's standards and policies while delivering excellent service.
• Establish rapport with residents and guests to ensure they feel welcomed.
• Serve as the first point of contact for guests and residents.
• Prioritize and fulfill requests with friendliness and discretion.
• Greet residents by name and with a smile to enhance the guest experience.
• Provide hospitality in line with QA expectations to create memorable experiences.
• Resolve disputes with the goal of satisfaction.
• Support marketing and partnerships to enhance resident benefits.
