Job summary

Terranea Resorts in Rancho Palos Verdes is seeking a Sales Executive (On-Site) to handle small groups and day meetings, maximizing revenue from the sales office. You will respond to inquiries and develop targeted lists for resolicitation, serving as a product expert to potential clients in the meetings industry.

Responsibilities include site inspections, direct telephone and email prospecting, and maintaining strong relationships with meeting planners.

Qualifications

• 1 year or more in Group Sales or Catering Sales or related direct sales.
• Experience selling world-class resort properties is a plus.
• Knowledge of account/yield management systems and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries and manage follow-ups with assigned areas.
• Set up site inspections and FAM trips with on-site coordination.
• Engage in direct sales via phone, email, and online prospecting; cold calls as needed.
