Job summary

Terranea Resorts in Rancho Palos Verdes is seeking a Group Reservations Coordinator (On Site) to manage group room reservations and inventory with precision, supporting revenue optimization and guest satisfaction. You will collaborate with Revenue Optimization and Sales teams to monitor group pickup and ensure accurate billing and data handling.

The role requires two years in Reservations or Front Office, strong MS Office skills, familiarity with Delphi, SMS and Synxis preferred, and a HS

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in Reservations or Front Office of a full-service hotel or related field.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word, and Outlook.
• Experience and knowledge of Delphi, SMS & Synxis preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Manage group rooms reservations and inventory to maximize revenue and guest satisfaction.
• Track pick up and daily activity of definite groups with Revenue team to ensure optimum occupancy.
• Review contracts for accuracy of rates, dates, billing, and inventory.
• Create and maintain files on all group bookings.
• Handle rates, room blocking, billing, and VIP guest details.
