Job summary

Terranea Resorts in Rancho Palos Verdes seeks an On Site Call Center Agent to provide courteous, professional guest service using our hotel phone system, radios, and software tools. You will answer calls promptly, route to the right departments, assist guests with reservations, directions, and concierge requests, and maintain thorough knowledge of hotel services and policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years experience in hospitality preferred, front desk or PBX/Rooms Division.
• Completion of College Level courses in Business or Hospitality is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones with a positive, articulate voice and proper salutation.
• Assist guests with concierge services (restaurant reservations, directions, transportation).
• Enter requests into HotSOS and dispatch to appropriate departments.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel services, rates, and operations.
• Ensure guest satisfaction by following up on inquiries and issues.
