Job summary

Terranea Resort is seeking an on-site Reservations Sales Supervisor to oversee daily reservations, training, and administrative duties. You will coordinate with Front Office, Concierge, and Revenue teams to maximize guest satisfaction and revenue while maintaining high service standards.

The role requires on-site presence, collaboration with multiple departments, and ongoing coaching of staff to meet performance and group sales objectives.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of on-property hotel revenue management and e-commerce discipline focus.
• Bachelor degree in hospitality and/or ecommerce preferred, but not required.
• Experience with Delphi, SMS & Synxis is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee reservations sales process, operations, inventory, and administration.
• Monitor performance and provide training and coaching for the reservations team.
• Coordinate with Front Desk, Concierge, Housekeeping, and Revenue teams to maximize guest satisfaction and revenue.
• Assist in planning meetings, report generation, and group block management.
