Terranea-Resorts is seeking a Group Reservations Coordinator (On Site) to manage group room reservations and inventory with precision, optimizing occupancy and revenue while ensuring customer satisfaction. The role requires strong MS Office skills, familiarity with Delphi, SMS and Synxis, and solid English communication abilities.

The position, full-time and on-site at Terranea, involves following detailed group checklists, coordinating with sales and events teams, and maintaining accurate group

Formación

• Read and understand instructions and safety rules.
• Write reports with proper format, punctuation and grammar.
• Communicate in English clearly and confidently.
• Analyze policies and cope with interruptions.
• Type at least 35 words per minute.

Responsabilidades

• Manage group reservations and inventory to maximize occupancy and revenue.
• Follow the GRC checklist and coordinate with sales and events teams.
• Review contracts for accuracy of rates, dates and billing.
• Maintain complete files and handle rates, room blocking, billing and VIPs.
• Communicate no-shows and assist with group pickups in weekly meetings.
• Provide information to reservations to ensure proper data collection.
