Job summary

Core Spaces is seeking a Porter on-site to handle groundskeeping and daily maintenance tasks. You will be responsible for trash prep, cleaning, landscaping upkeep, and maintaining pool areas while ensuring a clean, appealing property for residents.

The role requires physical work, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and flexibility for evenings, weekends, and overtime as needed. Join our on-site team supporting residentexperience and property upkeep.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in maintenance or a skilled trade is a plus.
• Experience in the student housing or multi-family industry preferred.
• Proficient in basic computer tasks.

Responsibilities

• Groundskeeping and upkeep of property: Ensure completion of daily checklists.
• Maintain exterior cleanliness and curb appeal for the property.
• Maintain landscaping in good repair between 3rd party service visits.
• Clean and sweep swimming pools as required.
• Arrange property furniture as directed.
• Mop and vacuum daily in all areas required.
• Ensure all amenity areas stay clean and presentable throughout the day.
• Ensure product presentation meets brand and company standards at all times.
