Job summary

SunRidge Management Group is seeking a Porter/Groundskeeper for an on-site multifamily community. You will maintain grounds, amenities, and exterior spaces while assisting the maintenance team with make-ready tasks and basic repairs.

The role requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and a proactive work ethic. The position supports a range of duties from cleaning sidewalks to assisting with interior and exterior painting, lock changes, and resident communications as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work outdoors in varying weather.
• Detail-oriented with strong cleanliness standards.
• Able to follow directions and company procedures.
• Physically capable of lifting, bending, and climbing.
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license (if applicable).
• Grace Hill training is required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain grounds and common areas to preserve curb appeal.
• Assist maintenance team with make-ready tasks.
• Perform minor repairs such as painting, light bulb changes, and screen replacement.
• Change locks and rekey units as needed.
• Ensure safety and cleanliness of common areas.
