Job summary

BH Management Services, LLC is seeking a Porter at Huntington Ridge Estates to maintain exterior grounds and common areas, including interior spaces. You will help keep the property neat and assist with light maintenance, move-out trash-outs, and daily operations with a service-focused approach.

Teamwork, reliability, and the ability to work outdoors in varied weather are essential. Prior grounds maintenance, landscaping, or janitorial experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in grounds/maintenance/janitorial is preferred.
• Ability to perform interior and exterior maintenance and use basic cleaning equipment.
• Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds and work outdoors in all weather.

Responsibilities

• Maintain exterior grounds and interior common areas.
• Assist with trash outs after move-outs.
• Post notices and communicate with residents as needed.
• Keep work areas organized and clean; maintain maintenance shop in good order.
• Possible pool area maintenance and other tasks as assigned.
