Job summary

B.HOM Student Living is seeking an on-site Porter to maintain cleanliness and safety across the community. You will support groundskeeping, cleaning, and general property upkeep to ensure a welcoming, well-kept living environment for residents.

Responsibilities include daily curb-appeal tasks, amenity area care, and collaboration with maintenance for unit turns. This role requires reliability, physical stamina, and a strong work ethic in a fast-paced community setting.

Qualifications

• Must maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety.
• Ability to work independently and manage daily tasks.
• Familiar with cleaning tools and basic maintenance equipment.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
• Capable of safely using ladders and cleaning gear.

Responsibilities

• Grounds & property upkeep: maintain cleanliness and appearance daily.
• Inspect exterior grounds, breezeways, and buildings; remove debris.
• Support curb appeal with landscaping and exterior touch-ups.
• Amenity & common area care: keep clubhouse, office, and pools clean and organized.
• Resident experience: deliver friendly, resident-focused service and communications.
• Additional duties as assigned to support property operations.
