B.HOM Student Living is seeking a dedicated Porter to maintain the cleanliness, safety, and overall appearance of the community. You will support daily groundskeeping, cleaning, and property upkeep to ensure a welcoming, resident-ready environment.

The role requires physical stamina and reliability, with opportunities to assist maintenance tasks, support pool upkeep, and contribute to a positive living experience for residents. On-site position with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior groundskeeping, maintenance, or property support experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Perform groundskeeping and property upkeep to maintain curb appeal.
• Clean and maintain common areas, clubhouse, and amenities.
• Assist with maintenance tasks and unit turns as needed.
• Support pool area upkeep and maintain pool chemical logs.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents and communicate notices.
