Job summary

Essential duties include grounds upkeep, trash-out assistance, and maintaining cleanliness of work areas. Previous maintenance/janitorial experience and basic tools knowledge are preferred.

Qualifications

• Grounds maintenance and landscaping experience preferred.
• Basic maintenance/janitorial knowledge is helpful.
• Basic computer skills required to perform job functions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain exterior grounds and common areas of the property, plus interior common areas.
• Assist with trash outs after move-outs as applicable.
• Keep work areas clean and organized; assist with pool area maintenance as needed.
• Post notices to vacate and communicate with residents as required.
